One of Thornwall's top selling real estate agents in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007, Helen has recently been elected the Secretary/Treasurer of the Berkeley Association of Realtors.

Helen has enjoyed living in Berkeley for over 20 years. She has become involved in the community as a Board Member for the Berkeley High School Development Group. She has also managed the main fundraiser for the Berkeley High Crew teams as her daughter is an avid rower.

About Kathryn Stein
Kathryn has been in real estate for twenty-five years and has been affiliated with Thornwall Properties since 1984. She is consistently one of the top producing real estate agents at Thornwall and her years of experience have helped to guide clients through the ever-changing San Francisco East Bay market.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Kathryn and her husband lived in Japan and upon their return they worked together in their construction business. Her knowledge of the construction of homes has made her an unparalleled resource to both buyers and sellers.
Her clients have returned to her over the years and continue to refer their friends and colleagues to her. Over 90% of her real estate business is generated through clients and agent referrals and is the basis of her business. She has had the experience and pleasure of handling over 400 transactions.
Kathryn has an understanding of other cultures and lifestyles from years of living abroad in Switzerland, England, and Japan. She has two children who attended the East Bay Waldorf School and Albany High and are now in college. She enjoys cultural and volunteer activities, cooking, reading, traveling, tennis and hiking.
